Hi Jason, well there were evident issues that would have put some off......but I admit I have seen a couple of others go for similar money over the last couple of months, so this is about where we are currently.

Others (with more of a finger on the pulse than me) have commented on the best examples still commanding strong prices, but mediocre/poor examples are weaker than previously.
