Would This be "Near Mint" ? ? ?


It would seem to be a "stretch" to describe this one as "Mint", but perhaps "Near Mint" would be OK in the minds of some sellers.

I suppose that if it was the original dealer who received it from Heuer and then dropped it in the cooler / mud / aquarium / sewer, it could be called "New Old Stock".
