Watch Abuse
In Response To: Muddy Waters Silverstone ()

Since this has evolved into a watch abuse/recovery thread, I'll ask a question that just came to me..

I wear a LeJour 7750 chrono (Poor Man's thing) as my 'everyday' watch, which includes commuting on a motorcycle. It also usually goes along on longer rides as well.

My question - does the additional vibration and shock transmitted through handlebars, hands and into the wrist pose a problem for the 7750? FWIW, it's the older 17J variety.

My paranoid self is now wearing a $15 Casio dive watch on the bike...
