Fabrizio, the design ist quite distinctive- and originates in the early 1950s.

Breguet/MatheyTissot/Girard produced a design that was very much "inspired" (to put bit mildly) by the Breitling Co-Pliot with the 1959 Aeronavale, but the lug form, size and the shape of the minute counter hand are different:

little (actually no) doubt for me here.
