How does one hack into Carrera second register ? *LINK*

One of the catalog pages located on this website mentions hacking into the continually moving second hand of the Carrera.

I have been unable to do this, is anyone familiar on how to do this ?

Quote:
"The small permanent motion hand (dial 1) can be hacked in on a standard time signal by holding the hand with the winding crown out."
