Hello Chuck. I appreciate the information.

Hello again Charles,

You're welcome. I'm pleased it was helpful to you.

The date window is at 3 o'clock position. The 12 hour register is at 6 o'clock position. The 30 minute register is at 9 o'clock and the continuous seconds are at the 12 o'clock position. Same position as the automatic pilots watch, so it most likely has the LWO 283 as you suggest.

That sounds like a lock to me short of a visual inspection of the movement itself.

It does have the Royal Oak appearance.

I'm not personally much of a Gold fiend (I love gilt plated movements, but prefer silver-toned cases), but I always thought the 3K was an interesting and handsome part of the product line.

I will email Jeff a picture of it for him to post with this message.

That would be great, I know that Jeff would appreciate it, especially if he/we could use it to bolster our available information on-line about the 3000... (I suppose I really should use the proper name if we're talking about making information available permenently, not my slang!)

Once again thank you, Charles.

You're welcome and we all look forward to similar threads in the future!

Cheers!
