Heuer Carrera 3647S - Pusher measurements

Hello Heuer fellows
I own a Carrera 3647S - later execution If I am not mistaken, with crown stamped Heuer, silver dial and serial number at 6 o’clock.
For sure, one of my pushers is not correct - the bottom one - and I would like to replace it.
I took the measurements of the correct pusher I own and I have asked to 2 owners of this model the measurements of their pushers, but both answers were different.
For the pusher head width, I got 4,35 and 4,45mm when mine is 4,40mm.
For the pusher head height, I got 3 and 3,17mm when mine is 2,80mm.
Is it possible that these pushers were different between early execution/ eggshell dial and later execution/ silver dial ?
Could anyone give me the measurements of its 3647S pushers please?
Any idea where I can find some pushers for this model?
Thanks for your precious help.
Take care.
Antoine
