Do red plots on hours glow in the dark?

Hi Jeff, I have to agree. I am not a fan of custom- or special-made editions by fashion designers (esp. ubercool ones like Fragment ;-)!) but this one seem to tick most of the right boxes.
If I could cherry pick, I'd have no 'signature' on the dial, but I understand some things have just got to be.
One question: assuming the lume strips on time hands are real and not just to make them look like the Viceroy, are there any lume counterparts on the dial - the red plots maybe?

Cheers,
Fabrizio
