Once Again -- What's This "Aero-Graphic"

Once again, we have the discussion of what is this "Aero-Graphic" that we see on the dial of some Autavias, circa 1970.

The company that seems to present the best match is Aero-Graphic Corp, in Louisville, Kentucky. This was a company that provided aerial photography services.

My only doubt about this being the explanation is that most of the published photos that we see from this company are from the 1930s and 1940s. I have not seen any from the late 1960s or the 1970s.

So, at least for now, 12 years into the search, this seems to be the best explanation, but it does not seem to be 100% certain.

There is a company named Aero-Graphics out in Utah, said to have been founded in 1965, but the name is slightly different.

Wondering whether anyone else has ideas about "Aero-Graphic" and its Autavias?

Jeff

: I love a good mystery. I had a bit of a look and the best (most
: viable) option seems to be the Aero-Graphic Corporation based
: out of Louisville and other parts/airfields in Kentucky. They
: were specialists in aerial photography and listed through the
: 1930s to 1950s at least-

: This seems also to tally with Ron's answer being a number of pieces
: specifically produced by Heuer for the company.
