Heuer Bundeswehr Small T over six

Can someone enlighten me as to where the small T over the six (no 3H) on the Heuer bund dial fits into the production line of the Heuer Bundeswehr dials? I can guess it was immediately before or after the 3H dials, but which? Is it a transitional dial leading to the 3H DIAL? Couldn't find that info by searching onthedash.com
