I have skimmed the photos, and can report that I do not recognize any element or part of this watch as being made by Heuer.

The case, the dial, the hands, the markings on the case and the markings on the movement . . . I don't recognize any element as being made by Heuer.

I don't know enough about other brands to suggest what the sources might be, but clearly not from Heuer.
