How to open a Monaco

Hi,

I would like to have a look inside my Monaco. Is the cover with the inscription "Tool 33" easy to remove or do you need a special tool? I'm not sure whether this Tool 33 is for this round cover or to separate the top from the bottom half of the casing.
Obviosly I do not want to damage or scratch anything.Does anybody know?

Ron
