Military Heuer

First all the best wishes to you all, and may the new year bring many beautiful watches to you.
I traded my V72 autavia for a Military Heuer. Itīs an all clear (no 3H no t-mark) - Sinn refurbished item. I noticed it hasnīt got luminisent hands or numbers. Do these only come when the 3H mark is on the dial or did it simply wear out?
My watch is really in prestine condition, only for a little chip from the crystal. Now being fluent in German I read the service manual and it clearly states the crystal to be "unbreakeble acrylic-glas". Now does unbreakeble not include unchippeble, or do I have a non-original glass?
Last question, what do I expect to pay to have a new crystal installed, and are the original crystals hard to come by?

Thanks
