Try Richard West at West Repairs, do a search on the web, to get his details or mail me direct and i'll let you have his number.
He's based in Chatham Kent and has done several jobs for me, including case re-finishing. Not any Heuers but his work is excellent.
If he can't help send me some scans/Pic of the damage and i might be able to help you.
