Jeff - Here's what I've found:

Ok, that's my picture of my Zodiac v.723 movement (notice it's sans Moonphase)...

And that's my picture of my Heuer v.88 DDMM (Day-Date-Month-Moonphase) or Triple Date Moon...

I'm a bit surprised you didn't just reply to my blog or ask me outright here...
