the 7741 is a manual-wind movement, with GMT hand, used in the Reference 741603 Autavia GMT, shown here.

whoever put this watch together (and I don't think it was Heuer) seems to have gotten the bridge (marked 7741) and the hands from this GMT Autavia or some similar watch. They are not correct for any non-GMT Autavia.
