the Price Guide is arranged into two lists (A List and B List), broken down into a total of six tiers -- three tiers in the A List (above $2,500) and three tiers in the B List (from $1,500 to $2,500).

Minimum value to be on the lowest tier of the B List is $1,500, and then we go up from there.
