Jeff: As per your last post on this subject:

"this is one of the classic Poor Man's Heuers -- manufactured by Heuer, in its factory, for Bulova. same movement; same case (with the "Heuer" name deleted); same hands . . . as one expert told me recently, the only difference was the name on the dial (and these dials, in fact, came out from the same dial maker).

this was similar to Heuer's arrangements with some of the other "poor man's" brands -- Zodiac and Hamilton come to mind as similar examples. everything was identical except for the name on the dial (and the price).

I have seen these Bulovas from time to time, though they are rare. With your permission, I would like to add these photos to our "Poor Man's" page."
