Over here in Europe you get a lume owder which is non toxic like the other colors available. you just mix the powder with clear lacquer.

it is recommend to not paint hands from top but to remove hands first and to paint from backside.

After finshed you can also recolor the edges of the hands to either orange, rubish or red, depending on which heuer model you have: use matt color not ths hiny lacquer one...
