I wanna make my MONACO overhauled with NOS parts

Hello,
I want some advice about overhauling vintage HEUER watch.
I have vintage MONACO 1133 with chronomatic and GREY dial. It shows some scratches on the body and the dial shows aged.
So I think that boldly I put it to maintenance service.
I want to change all original outer parts (middle and back case,dial,hands,pushers,crown..)to the authentic NOS ones.
And If it is possible, I want to change the GREY dial to BLUE (with 2 white indials) one.

So if you know, please let me know the information about good service center, price and so on.
Thnak you!! Hiroshi in JAPAN
