how to change the bezel

Hi all,

I need some advise regarding the change of the bezel on my Autavias. I have two, both with a manual movement. One contains a Valjoux 7336, the other 7333.The bezels on these watches are the ones with the ball bearings on the inside of the bezel and they make the clicking sound when you turn them.

So the question is, how do you remove the bezel without damaging anything? It this a specialist job or is it a matter of a simple trick? Does somebody have a manual to do this? The same questing for mounting them.

Your help is much appreciated!!

Regards
Ron
