Friends,
had a similar experience:
sent a mint daytona blue to heuer for service,
the watch disappeared somewhere between swiss and europe, after a post investigation, heuer insurance paid for the watch, heuer was very fair and Frau Fontana at heuer very helpful in solving the issue !
Must have been the daytona effect ...Best AMH
