Once I realised what had happened, I did the honest thing and that was to refund the buyer and attempt to resolve my issue with bernie.

The issue here is that the forum contains information that is defamatory, offensive and untrue.

The posts relate to an event that happened years ago which (though no fault of my own) is still causing me stress (even though i was the party that suffered the injustice).
