Dude in the green sweater could be wearing a Carrera val.92 other guy could also be wearing a Carrera black dial as the white tach ring is visible but it appears a lot smaller. Could be any chrono of the age without a bezel and with a black dial.
The star and driver later on is maybe wearing a Rolex GMT on a strap. Pepsi bezel and what appears to be 3 hands so that would be my bet.
As for the restrictor plate I would go for Ford as the manufacturer as the Ferrari was probably up against a GT40 - Lol!
