Dear Forum visitors,
Having enjoyed visiting this forum for the last year and a half, I find myself for the first time in a position where I would appreciate some advice: I own a gold-plated Carrera 12 with Valjoux 72 movement (1964), which, regretfully, I acquired with a replacement, generic, winding crown. As I'm having the case replated, it would seem like a good moment to find an original crown since it wouldn't make a difference if the crown is gold-plated or not.
Does anyone visiting this site have a crown for sale or knows where I might be able to locate a winding crown for my watch?
