Who Made the "Cal. 11" ?

Who Made the "Cal. 11" ? I know that Vajoux made a lot of the Heuer movements and that Heuer had an unique toilet bowl singed bridge on the Valjoux 72 /72c . And if it was not Valjux did they make the 7740 and 7741 ?
