...which I haven't seen on any 1163Vs in this site's info archives. Says he got his jeweller to special-order it that way.

Which begs the question: Were ref 1163Vs ever sold through dealers, or were they strictly available through the tobacco company promotion?

Owner says he bought the watch in '71 or '72, if that helps.
