What's the best aftermarket deployant? *LINK*

I was lucky enough to score a 1970s Omega Speedmaster on e-bay at a good price ($823) last night. (see below if interested)
I'm thinking that I'll remove the bracelet and wear it on a leather strap, probably a black Hirsch Professional.
The OEM Omgea deployant buckle is quite expensive, and from what I've heard, prone to unwanted opening. I'd rather spend the money on a display back.
So, tool watch fans, which aftermarket deployants work best with large watches and heavy padded bands?

thanks in advance,
Allen
