Monaco and Carrera 45 Dato

Hi All,
i'm new to this forum. I need to know how many different configurations of the chrono hands and the hour and minute hands there where for the 73633 (the manual 3-subregister monaco). I have a blue dial which came with 3 red chrono subdials, of which the hour subdial hand is in the same style as the subdial hands in the silverstone, while the minute and hour hands of the watch have a different look from the typical pictures i have been seeing around. They are flat at the top, and not pointed, and do not extend beyond the pivot.

On the 45 Dato, does anyone have a good source of where i can find a vintage crown for this watch? the model number is 3147.

Thanks.
