Take a look through that seller's feedback- someone complained about their Heuer booklet- and here is the response from the seller:

"FIRST YOU HAVE TO READ THE DESCRIPTION THAN PURCHASE IT AMATEUER..BEWARE"

and

"FIRST READ THAN GIVE A BID--IF YOU DONT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH THAN DONT GIVE A BID"

Which of course is ridiculous, as there are no clues in the ads.

So no, they are not genuine

Having said that, they still looks pretty good- I bought one but knew what I was getting
