New Camaro - I have some questions for the special *PIC*

This is my second Heuer after a Made in France Champion. A Heuer Camaro 12 with Valjoux 72 bought yesterday for € 800,-. It needs a visit to a watchmaker as the 12 hour register is not running and the red hand is loose. The paint is not perfect, but that is OK with me at it is just sign of its age. I just want the watch to be working without problems.

The watch has red tachymeter numbers. That I have not seen on any photos I could find on the internet. Does that tell what year it is?

It has the number 174520 between the lugs. What does that say?

I need a 19 mm strap with holes but also with orange/red stitches. Any idea where I can find that?
