great news for Allen . . . and indeed, great news for all of us who were serving as your advisors / counselors / collaborators / punching bags (in the rare moments of frustration). so what shall we do with all our free time??

you kept your sense of humour throughout, and were rational most of the time . . . well, maybe not most of the time, but at least there was a thin thread of sanity 38.3% of the time (which is a great average in this game).

thanks to Shaun for keeping this one "in the family"; we are often tempted to extract the last dollar from some stranger on ebay . . . nice that this one will stay with us!
