Does this qualify as a poormans Heuer?

Picked this Mido up a few weeks ago. In excellent shape and the 7750 is running strong. The beautiful blue dial with the Rios perforated racing strap (from Nick Gabarro) is a sharp combo.
I thought it resembles a Carerra 1153...?
