Over the last month I lost 18 pounds. I stopped eating and started exercising partly in hopes that my bad back would benefit (I lost another seven pounds between mid May and early July simply because my back hurt so much I wasn't interested in eating.)
Anyway, my Siffert went from just right to kinda loose, and I've only got one or two more holes on the clasp.
On the other hand, my wedding ring, which was sized when I was near my all time adult low weight, isn't going anywhere.
