Re: Scan Days: Camaros and Others That We Should L *PIC*

Jeff - I got the dial back for my Camero that had been previously painted black by hand. I will try to get some before and after pics of this on this weekend.
BTW - IW mag wants me to do the 548 story on 5 of my favorites in my collection. Since you have already done this, who did your pictures and the story layout? Craig

PS - here's a pic of my 1st Carrera. It was a buy in now on ebay for $150.00 about 6 years ago. It was pretty bad due to the rust under the dial. I restored it and sold it last your for $1850.00
then bought a nicer one that I will include in my 5 favorites

:
: Following up on Ralf's suggestion (below),
: let's have a Scan Day for Camaros, Pasadenas
: and all the other watches that deserve more
: of our love and attention. Let's do it this
: weekend (September 21 through 24), with the
: Flea Market for the following weekend
: (September 28 through October 1).

:
: So which are the Heuers that deserve more
: attention?

: Which did you hesitate to buy, and then love
: when you received it?

: Which are the next to increase in value, as
: people show more appreciation?

: Is there a model that you love, and everyone
: else ignores?
:
: Post your favorite photos of the "White
: Elephants"!!

: Jeff
