When they re-issued the Autavia (2003, I believe), the minute I saw that the bezel would not rotate, I lost all interest. For me, the defining characteristic of an Autavia was the rotating bezel . . . different from the Carrera or the Monaco. When the Autavia lost that defining feature, then they lost me.
The re-issue Monaco is truer to the original, and therefore more appealing to me. Same with the older Lemania powered re-issues of the Carrera . . . at arm's length, it looks like the original . . . surely a good thing.
Do others agree or disagree?

for me, a real appeal of the Guinand is that it is true to the original Chronomatics, in being powered by an original Chronomatic movement.
