Hello!
I have a Heuer IFR Stopwatch, which I use routinely. Lately, it will only start timing if fully wound. This symptom is new and suggests to me that the watch needs service (cleaning I presume). Anyway, I live in Dayton, OH, is there a qualified service establishment nearby? If not nearby, is there a qualified service establishment in the US? In the Northern Hemisphere? Help?
