there were actually two very important Heuer stopwatches used in space, or at least used to time space missions / events / burns.

  • The first important Heuer stopwatch was the one worn by John Glenn, when he became the first American to orbit the earth / the first to take a Swiss timepiece into space.

  • The second important Heuer stopwatch was used to time . . . [to be continued]! ! !
