The Caliber 12 Monaco just sold at $3,600 . . . maybe $500 to $1,000 more than the typical seller of such garbage could expect to get on ebay. Of course, this is without the buyer's premium.

Does this give the vintage Heuer community a bad name, as people in the auction room and people reviewing the results see that the top-of-the-line vintage Heuer sold for only $3,600?
