Jeff
seller has just invested approx. $4,000, with the premium. If he spends $1,000 for overhaul and parts, I am guessing that it will be difficult for him sell it for $5,000 with this dial. Who knows . . . maybe that's about the value for the worst Monaco that will muster a "tick". Or maybe it's just a bad photograph of an OK dial?
