are you seeking a "Siffert" with the word "Chronomatic" above the Heuer shield [on the left, in the thumbnails shown below], or the version with "Autavia" above the shield [center and right, in these thumbnails]?

There is little realistic chance of finding the "Chronomatic" version, as I have seen only five or six, in approx. eight years of watching; much better odds of finding the "normal" Sifferts.
