Monaco Hands

I recently received this 1133b monaco with what i thought wrong hands, then i discovered another.
On close inspection the hands are identical colour red to the second hand and the Lume looks old. They are also exact same shape as the mk 2 hands.
Could these be another transition of the monaco?
the watch is date 1972 and serial number 157668.
has anyone else seen these hands?
