I would feel...unwell. And if I wore one, I might even begin to feel lopsided too as the watch seems to be carrying more weight on the crown edge...

The models with the overlapping registers, on the other hand, as in Alistair's first photo and one of Chuck's are really rather nice, aren't they? Much more so for me than the "From the Moon to Mars" Speedmaster with contrasting dials, as to my mind that lost too much legibility.
