: Guys: I have made three updates of the Vintage
: Heuer Price Guide , as follows:
: I have added a note regarding currency
: exchange rates, reading as follows:
: "Users of this Price Guide should note
: that values are stated in U.S. Dollars
: ("USD"). At the time that this
: Price Guide was last comprehensively updated
: (September 2007), the exchange rate between
: the USD and the Euro was $1.39 USD per Euro
: (.7194 Euro per USD). Users should realize
: that changes in the exchange rate for US
: Dollars since September 2007 (for example, a
: decrease of approximately 13% in the value
: of the dollar to March 15, 2008) are not
: reflected in this Price Guide. Accordingly,
: users of this Price Guide should make their
: own adjustments in these prices to reflect
: the value of the currency in which a
: transaction is occuring."

: I realize that there could be many more
: updates, but at least this is a step in the
: right direction, to keep the Price Guide
: useful for our readers.

: So, tell me, what else screams out to be
: updated??

Jeff,

With regards to currency exchange rates, including a scan of a screen snap of a page like this:

dated the same [or similar] date as the dollar figures quoted in the article [perhaps circled in red] would be very handy. Especially if a link to that currency converter webpage [included at the bottom] is included.

That would be helpful for people who are trying to follow along by providing a "snapshot" data point and the tools with which to do the calculations themselves.

Hope this is seen as helpful...

P.S. This on-line currency converter is the most powerful and handy on-line currency tool I've found. I use it on a nearly daily basis.
