Mine says 1163. HM or T just identifies the bezel.

If your watch runs fine just get it checked and a new crystal.
If you want a mint watch it is properly cheaper to bye one that is mint from the start.
I don't know where to get new parts. I believe you can send it to Heuer, but that will cost!
