Dial is refinished but the rest is

The dial is definitely a re-finish job but the case and toilet bowl shaped bridge was used exclusively by HEUER or companies that had Hueur make their watches.

: the dial and hands are different from any that
: I have seen on any Heuer. so this watch does
: not provide you with the look of a Heuer; it
: bears no resemblance to any of the Heuers
: that we are familiar with. so it's not just
: that it is a poor quality refinish job; it
: is a copy of something, where there is no
: genuine original.

: this is difficult to express in words; bottom
: line -- I believe that in the heirarchy of
: Heuers, genuine and refinished, even if the
: movement is genuine, this watch would have a
: relatively low value.
