Please held identify a Heuer

Morning all

I have just acquired the attached Heuer from Ebay. I took a bit of a flyer as I couldnt readily identify it. Anyway i dropped it when I got it & it has stopped working. Can anyone tell me if this is a genuine watch before I spend money repairing it. The glass on it also seems a bit poor & comes off/falls off very easily - is that normal? If its not does anyone know where I can get a decent replacement glass that fits. As for the strap - its not great & again if anyone can tell me where I can get a decent replacement that would be great.
Thanks for all your help John L
