Need help in identifying movement *PIC*

I need help in identifying the maker and vintage of the movement in my Heuer full caledar, 3-register chrono. The movement bridge is marked "HEUER", with no trademarks under the balance wheel. The outside of the caseback is marked "C-5809-4", and the inside of the caseback marked "ED.HEUER&Co." "SWISS". The chrono is all stainless with 38mm O.D., black dial with gold hands and legend/markers, Arabic numerals.
