Time passes & I have a Siffert Maddox Question

It's coming up to two mounths since his passing and I was just looking at some old post as well as the "the legacy of Chuck Maddox" home page. Good work! It would be a shame if it were to vanish into cyberspace. Anyway there is no delicate way to put this so here goes.. How did Chuck die and where is his collection? I was just looking at some old posts where we ( Chuck, myself and a few others ) were talking about Jo Siffert's watch under the grizzly heading of "Some Digging" . Well this started me thinking about the Big Guy and how there was no list of family or cause of death in the notice of his death.
