Hi Jeff...me again ;-)

Here are some answer:

1. Parts came from a black PVD Monaco.
2. The large white circular thing is the spacer which sits between the dial and the movement.
3. Well, I guess the watch was also in the box :-) a nice black PVD Monaco, reference 74033.
